CHER-PA

Le groupe interdisciplinaire en partenariat avec le.s patient.s CHER-PA (pour CHERcheur.e.s et PAtient.e.s) s’est constitué de la réunion de membres du LAPCOS, un laboratoire de recherche d’anthropologie et de psychologies clinique, cognitives et sociales, du département d’Enseignement et de Recherche en Médecine Générale, le DERMG et du Centre dInnovation du Partenariat avec les Patients et le Public, le CI3P.

Le LAPCOS est un des laboratoires de recherche de l’École Universitaire de Recherche Écosystèmes des Sciences de la Santé HEALTHY de l’Université Côte d’azur


Un groupe d’analyse à travers la publication d’articles et de chapitres d’ouvrages

Depuis 2020, et au vu de ce que fut le choc de la pandémie mondiale, le groupe de recherche pénalisé dans al poursuite d’une recherche initiée avec le service d’évaluation et de traitement de la douleur du GHU d’Université Côte d’Azur a corédigé des articles tant sur ce groupe de recherche interdisciplinaire se constituant en partenariat avec les patients que sur l’impact de la pandémie, une lecture croisée au vu des prismes de vécu et d’expertise de chacun, donc en interdisciplinarité en partenariat avec le patient.

Un travail d’analyse rédigé qui se prolonge en 2023 et 2024 par la participation à un ouvrage collectif sur la qualité de vie à paraitre aux Presses Universitaires de Rennes


Enseignement & Recherche

Depuis 2022, un patient partenaire du CI3P, membre d’une association de patient (AFA RC-Chron) intervient e dans le cadre d’un cours de M1 intitulé Anthropologie de la coopération. Cette intervention a donné lieu à une première recherche en cours sur le partenariat patient dans la formation initiale des étudiants à la faculté de médecine de Nice Université Côte d’Azur, avec un éclairage particulier sur la formation recherche en cours des Examens Cliniques Observables Structurés (ECOS).

L’étudiante poursuit en 2023-2024 sa recherche en master 2 à partir de l’observation de l’ensembles des cours, sessions et séminaires de pédagogie médicale comme en sciences de la santé, coconçus et développés en partenariat de soin avec le.s patient.s, c’est à dire mobilisant des patients partenaires formateurs et/ou évaluateurs auprès d’étudiants en sciences de la santé.


2020-2021 : Les nouvelles figures du patient contemporain, avec lui

En 2020 a été programmé une journée d’étude sur les savoirs expérientiels des malades, des patients, intitulé les nouvelles figures du patient contemporain avec lui. La pandémie mondial ayant empêché cet évènement prévu au printemps 2020, il a été proposé d’organiser cet évènement en deux webinaires organisés fin 2020.

Or devant le succès au vu de la fréquentation, il a été décidé de poursuivre tout au long de l’année universitaire entamée, c’est ainsi que de novembre 2020 à mai 2021 ont été organisés mensuellement des rencontres que vous pouvez retrouver sur ce site Internet en cliquant ici .


Recherche action :

Entre 2020 et 2021, l’équipe constituée d’anthropologue, de psychologues, d’un médecin et de patients chercheurs et intervenant en éducation thérapeutique du patient (ETP) se sont associés à une équipe médicale pour initié INOVPAIN, une recherche au sein du service d’évaluation et de traitement de la douleur du CHU-GHT de Nice. Une recherche qui, si elle a été freinée du fait de la pandémie a été réactivée depuis le début du printemps 2021 à travers la mise en place d’une Web-TV d’information à la neurostimulation médulaire. Ce média, fruit de l’analyse des premiers entretiens exploratoires réalisé juste avant le premier confinement en conséquence de la pandémie mondiale toujours d’actualité comporte, dans une approche globale de courts entretiens avec des médecin-chirurgien, infirmière, assistante sociale et patients.

En septembre 2020, deux membre de CHERPA ont communiqué au sein des journées internationales francophone sur le partenariat de soin avec le patient.


Webinaires en série
de diffusion des savoirs

De la fin d’automne 2020 a initié une série de webinaires qui se sont prolongés jusque la fin du printemps 2021, une série de rencontre avec des patients contemporains et/ou avec des chercheurs s’y intéressant ont donné lieu aux enregistrements présentés ci dessous

Ces webinaires résultaient d’une adaptation d’une journée d’étude initialement prévue au coeur d’une semaine du partenariat patient prévue fin mars début avril 2020. Une semaine qui n’a pu se tenir du fait des conséquences de la pandémie dont la programmation s’est étirée du fait du nombre de participants intéressés par le thème choisi.
